Do you know your strengths? Are you living your strengths? More than any other factor, playing to your strengths enhances personal fulfillment, effectiveness - and is the greatest opportunity for excellence in all aspects of life. In this class, students will learn the impact that strengths awareness can have on them personally and on their performance at work, home and in their community. Students will learn how to identify the areas where they have the greatest potential for building strength as well as the components of and signs of a strength. They will then explore ideas for how to manage around their weaknesses. This class will introduce the CliftonStrengths assessment and students will finish class with the information and tools they need to rise to their strengths edge.
Please note: CliftonStrengths is the outcome of a 40-year study of human strengths, conducted by the Gallup Organization. 34 distinct, statistically-significant areas where people naturally tend to exhibit consistent, near flawless performance, were identified. From there, the CliftonStrengths assessment was developed to help people discover and describe their personal strengths. Students are not required to take the assessment prior to class.
This class is appropriate for ages 18+.
This class will take place online through Zoom. Links for Zoom classes will be sent 1 hour before the start of class. If you do not receive your link, please check your spam or submit an email through our contact page.
