Mental fitness is your capacity to respond to life's challenges with a positive, rather than negative, mindset. Need an upgrade in your mental operating system to not just survive but thrive in these tumultuous times? With practice, you can boost your PQ significantly! Come learn how to increase your mental fitness by growing the three core mental muscles to thrive in challenging times.

This class is appropriate for ages 14+.

This class will take place indoors at Rochester Brainery, located at 176 Anderson Ave F109, Rochester, NY 14607.
