Master the art of quick pickling! During class, you will better your knife skills, while you make two jars of vegetables to pickle. In addition to leaving with your own jars of pickles, you will leave with a better understanding of the science behind pickling and a detailed recipe packet so you can continue your pickling adventures at home.

About the teacher:
Maggie Klee is the creator and host of Real Delicious Kitchen, farm-to-table cooking classes focusing on locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. She loves learning how to make the most of fresh, local and seasonal produce all year long. Her love language is food and she is always looking for a reason to throw a party.
