Learn the art of growing flowers and vegetables by seed! Wondering how to get started or unsure about the risk of starting seeds inside? This class will review tips for keeping seedlings alive, which seeds should be started early and which benefit from being sown in the ground, lighting, watering, heat and humidity, as well as which seeds are easy and which are harder to grow.
Students will receive a variety of seeds for beginners, soil, and pots for them to plant in. Starting seeds inside can be one of the most rewarding parts of gardening and watching a lifeless seed sprout and come to life is unforgettable!
