Thursday, May 16th | 7:00pm-8:30pm | Sustain Don't Drain: Creating Energy Giving Habits That Stick

In a world of designed distraction, social media scrolling, multi-tasking, email and busy-ness, it's no wonder that we often find ourselves depleted and unmotivated. We know there is a better way, if only we had the energy or a map to help guide us. In this class we will reflect, look ahead and plan a new way forward with habits that support your best, most mindfully-energized-badass self! With a background and experience in health coaching and yoga teaching, I’ll help you apply inspired action to your good intentions, moving you from wanting and wishing to a courageous new way of being.

During this class we will:

  • Explore the why behind our daily habits
  • Examine what's working & what's not
  • Identify roadblocks, barriers and obstacles
  • Create a powerful vision for the future
  • Ground with mindfulness, intention and truth
  • Design energy giving practices that connect & sustain
  • Begin to transform the willingness to change into actual change

This class will take place at Rochester Brainery, located at 176 Anderson Ave. F109, Rochester, NY 14607.
