Monday, February 21st | 10:00am-12:00pm | Tassel Pom-Pom Keychain for Kids


Create a trendy keychain for your backpack or bag with handmade pom-poms! Learn how to use a pom-pom maker tool to craft colorful pom-poms out of yarn, add a few wooden beads, handmade tassels and you have a keychain to show off! Best of all, the pom-pom makers are yours to keep for future projects—so get creating!

This class is appropriate for all ages and is geared toward ages 6 - 14 years. Caregivers are welcome to stay for class.

This class will take place indoors at Rochester Brainery, located at 176 Anderson Ave F109, Rochester, NY 14607.

About the teacher:
Lanni Maszerowski (they/them) is a self-proclaimed teacher by day, maker by night, and owner of Lanni Made. They call three places home: French Road Elementary School in Brighton, where they teach fifth grade; the fixer-upper in Seabreeze that they share with their partner; and Rochester Brainery, where they are a team member (and frequent student as well). Lanni is passionate about social justice, especially queer rights and Black Lives Matter, and this passion is reflected in their work with students and well as in their art. Lanni loves rainbows.
