She coaches individuals looking to become healthier, happier and vibrantly energized. Jessica utilizes the power of whole foods and holistic nutrition to guide her clients to become their best selves! In addition to her private practice, Jessica educates hundreds of individuals yearly how to eat and prepare healthy meals for a local nonprofit.
