Thursday, April 23rd | 6:30pm-8:00pm | History Happy Hour: Psychedelia

Dive into the kaleidoscopic history of LSD and discover how this controversial substance impacted American society and culture. While some condemned it as an inducer of insanity, others praised this psychedelic as a consciousness expander and creative stimulant for art, music, film, and philosophy. Together we will explore the origins of LSD and how it moved from controlled environments to the masses, sparking the counter-cultural movement and Day-Glo splattered psychedelic era of the 1960s.
