Build a terrarium with a friend or loved one you're nuts about! Terrariums are the perfect way to bring nature indoors in an easy-to-care-for manner. In this class, students will use a glass jar with a selection of sand colors, plants, a tiny squirrel and other decorations to design a cute, self-contained world. 

Please note: Please select your terrarium size and ticket type in the dropdown menu. The medium kit includes one 8-inch glass jar and two plants, while the large kit includes one 10-inch glass jar and three plants. The Ticket for Two option allows two students to work together on one terrarium. This is only available for the large terrarium size.  A Happy Half Hour will take place from 6:00pm-6:30pm, and the class will begin at 6:30pm. Students will be welcome to a complimentary happy hour or non-alcoholic drink of choice.

Age:
This class is appropriate for ages 21+.

Location:
This class will take place indoors at Red White and Brew of Rochester, located at 147 State St, Rochester, NY 14614.

Accessibility:

About the teacher:
Kathleen Rullo is the owner of Jardin Terrariums LLC. She has her masters in Curriculum and Instruction and has loved plants since the moment she could play in the dirt. Kathleen started Jardin Terrariums three years ago combining her love of nature and teaching. It is her quest to help people engage and reconnect with nature with fun, hands-on projects.
