This class will introduce you to upcycling book crafts. Repurpose an old book into a beautiful statement piece perfect for showing off your love for literature by creating a beautiful book wreath. Other upcycled book crafts will be discussed to expand your idea of waste and reuse.

About the teacher:
Rachael Gootnick is a local bookbinder and artisan. She does extensive work on book repairs and restorations and has a deep appreciation for printed material. When she isn't busy running her own business, Just Terrific, she also teaches a layout and design course at RIT. Check her out at the Brainery Bazaars and other shows around the Rochester area.
