Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Learn how to make vegan pancakes, tofu scramble, and tempeh bacon to take your breakfast to the next level. This is a hands-on class where you will be making all three of these delicious breakfast classics before sitting down and enjoying a meal together.

Please note: This class will include gluten and soy ingredients. Students will be standing for most of the class.

This class is appropriate for ages 16+. 
Anyone under the age of 18 will need an adult present.

This class will take place at Eat Me Ice Cream located inside The Hungerford Building at 1115 East Main St. Suite 148. Please enter through Door 1.

About the teacher:
Ali Lawrence is the founder and owner of Spirit and Abundance, a company that seeks to help people connect and cultivate joy, mindfulness, and gratitude in a plant-based kitchen. She is a graduate from The Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Baking and Pastry, and The School of Hotel Administration from Cornell University. During her time at Cornell, she studied Zen Buddhism and that sparked her interest and passion in veganism, mindfulness, and meditation.
