Have you ever wanted to tell your story? Or write a book? Or talk about your experiences but didn’t know where to start? Join us as we take a deep dive into ourselves and create a personal experience map of our lives. This session will guide you through developing your story, uncover the power of authenticity and vulnerability, and give you a fresh perspective on yourself, those around you, and how our individual stories connect us! You’ll leave with best practices for continuing to live in the power of your authenticity and vulnerability, a list of recommended books, and an outline of key takeaways to continue conversations around the course.

This class will take place at Rochester Brainery, 176 Anderson Ave F109, Rochester NY 14607.

About the teacher:
Alexis C. Harris is a passionate artist, mother, story enthusiast, and event producer. After attending RIT, Alexis spent four years as an Event Coordinator for the American Cancer Society. She is currently the Special Events Manager for Habitat for Humanity and serves on the Gryt Health Advisory Board. Believing that the ultimate key to life is growth, Alexis is taking on a new challenge and focusing on the creation of her storytelling and media production company, Inspiring Experiences, with a mission to positively inspire and empower our community through meaningful and thought-provoking experiences.
