Want to learn how to create a website or blog? In this class, we will review some of the principles for creating a personal website that will support your brand, goals, and identity, then work through the early steps of creating something that looks awesome and is easy to use. No coding skills needed, just bring your laptop, an idea for your website, and your amazing ideas!

About the teacher:
Kate Meyers Emery is the manager of digital engagement at the George Eastman Museum, spending her days coding, tweeting, and creating within the historic home and museum. When she's not at the museum, she's touring NY's wine region for her blog VinifeROC, playing with new digital tools and codes, or relaxing with her partner and two cats, Gouda and Feta. In her secret past life as a mortuary archaeologist, she used digital tools to investigate cemetery landscapes. You can learn more about her on her personal blog, DigitalLark, and access resources from her digital classes.
