In this crash course to perfect cake decorating, students will learn how to level, torte, fill, stack and frost a 6” multi-layer, semi-naked cake. Charm guests at your next party with your new artistic cake decorating skills and a cake topped off with a white chocolate drip, swirls, and sprinkles.

About the teacher:
Elizabeth Rodriguez started cake decorating 10 years ago. Inspired by her earlier connection through working with her father in his restaurant, Lizzie became knowledgeable of the physics and chemistry in baking exquisite cakes. She is the owner of Tu Amor Cakery and enjoys creating her own recipes and cake designs. Lizzie recently won 1st place in all four categories in a local bake competition.
