Wednesday, April 13th | 6:30pm-8:00pm | Whole-Food, Plant-Based Eating Kickstart


Learn how to nourish and heal your body with real, whole food! This course is for those who are curious about going plant-based, but not quite sure where to begin. At the end of the class, you will know what a whole-food, plant-based diet is and isn't, its benefits, and simple ways to get started.

This class is appropriate for ages 14+.

This class will take place at Rochester Brainery, located at 176 Anderson Ave F109, Rochester, NY 14607.

About the teachers:
Keri Barone and Elizabeth O’Connor are passionate about promoting a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle for reasons including weight loss and management, having a smaller environmental footprint, and having reduced risk of heart disease, certain cancers, obesity, and diabetes. They are RIT professors, holistic health and wellness coaches, and founders of Whole Abundance, a Rochester business dedicated to supporting people as they move toward a whole-food, plant-based way of living.
