Join us for a night out at CRISP Rochester in the Swillburg neighborhood! This class will explore a range of red and pink wines from various regions, and examine specific characteristics that pair them with a range of dinner entrees. Learn the difference between light and full-bodied wines, and discuss what features augment or detract from the wines and the dinner menus, based upon various combinations of factors.
Please note: Wine for tasting and light snacks will be provided. For a full meal, students are encouraged to make dining reservations before or after class. Gratuity is not included in the ticket cost. Attendees must be 21+ to participate in tasting.
