Terms & Conditions and Service

All Brainery class tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies.

Brainery classes are ticketed, event-based experiences. As is standard across the event and workshop industry, instructors are compensated and venues are reserved based on tickets sold, not attendance. This policy allows us to fairly compensate our instructors, cover material costs, and pay our venue partners.

It is your responsibility to know the date, time, location and any other pertinent information regarding your class.

Transfers
A transfer into a different class of equal or greater value may be granted if requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Transfer requests made within 72 hours of the class are not guaranteed.

Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to send someone in your place at no additional cost.

Cancellations by Brainery
In the rare event that Brainery must cancel a class, registrants will be offered either:

  • A transfer into a future class of equal value, or
  • A refund, as required by applicable New York State law.

By purchasing a ticket, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy at the time of sale.

There's no doubt that finding the perfect playlist can motivate and inspire you. Whether it's finishing the last mile of your run, tackling that laundry you've been putting off, or getting you through your workday, tunes can change everything. So let's motivate and inspire each other, shall we?


This is Brain Music: a selection of songs curated monthly by different members of the Rochester community that we hope will inspire you the same way it inspires its curator.

Today we bring you a playlist from the cast the Nazareth College Theatre and Dance Department's production of The Addams Family. Their show is on stage April 20-22 in the Callahan Theater. For more information, visit the Arts Center website and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

The cast of The Addams Family is thrilled to share their favorite tunes this month! As aspiring theatre artists, music is an important aspect in the lives of each and every Addams cast member. The characters of The Addams Family are peculiar troupe of unusual personalities that form a delightfully spooky and dysfunctional family, bound together by centuries of family matters.

Much like their characters, the cast of Nazareth College’s production makes up a kooky and altogether ooky family of their own. The cast is composed of young, up-and-coming theatre artists and this playlist is a reflection of a whole host of personalities and musical tastes.

But under all of the wonderful differences of this quirky clan is a group of students working together to bring all of your favorite macabre characters (back) to life in this fantastically family-friendly musical.

Nazareth College’s production of The Addams Family will be presented 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 20 and Saturday, April 21, and 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 22 in the Callahan Theater, located on the campus of Nazareth College at 4245 East Avenue, Rochester, 14618.
