Class ticket purchases are non-refundable for any reason; within or outside of your control (i.e. illness, a work trip, etc.). We do not provide students with supplies from missed classes or offer credits for a future class.

A transfer into a different class of equal or greater value may be granted if requested at least 72 hours prior to the class date.

That said, your ticket doesn't need to go unused! Students are always welcome to have someone attend in their place. Just have the attendees provide the name of the ticket purchaser at the door - easy!

There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy. While we know this is not always ideal, as a small business this is the only way we can ensure our teachers are paid for their time and supplies and our venues are paid rent for their space. We appreciate your support.
