Never have we laid eyes on a more cozy pop-up! Sara Kozak, the artist behind Ritual Clay Co., transformed our space into a holiday dream this past November - complete with string lights, a photo lounge, and hot cider to set the holiday mood.
Sara said, "For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to people and experiences that inspire and nurture my creativity. I always knew that I wanted to curate my own event. I feel that artwork shines best in its natural habitat. This is especially true for functional pieces of pottery. So, I strived to design an event that felt more like a home and less like a traditional retail space. I sought out the talent of a handful of other local artists and entrepreneurs who I knew would complement the look and feel I was curating. Not only did those people end up doing just that with their work, they also became integral partners. They all showed up with their vast and varying skill sets during all of the planning and promotion for the event. They treated it like their own and helped in ways I couldn’t have ever predicted. There is a certain magic that can happen when the right group of creatives collaborate and I am so proud to say that is exactly what happened in the days leading up to our pop-up event."
