Tuesday, March 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th | 5:30pm-7:30pm | Introduction to the Beautiful Art of Stained Glass

$296.00
In this four-part, comprehensive workshop hosted at Studio 34 Creative Arts Learning Center, you will learn the Louis Comfort Tiffany stained glass method, which is an alternative to using leaded channels between glass pieces. Cut and shape glass to fit your design pattern and create your own piece of art. Students will have a choice of patterns, glass colors, and textures to personalize their artwork. No experience required!

Please note: Please wear closed toe shoes. Please select your ticket type in the drop down menu. The bin glass option includes your choice of glass from the studio's copious scrap bins. The premium sheet glass option includes both the bin glass and some sheet glass. Both options also include copper foil, solder, and unlimited use of student grinders and tools. Available glass colors may vary from the class example photo. Please bring safety glasses or be prepared to purchase a pair from the studio ($5). We do not advise taking stained glass classes during pregnancy as some stained glass materials include lead. The studio is well-ventilated, and a lead-free option is available with advance notice. This is a four-part class and students will need to be available on March 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
