Think beyond spring and summer! Container gardens are the perfect way to keep your home looking beautiful for the holidays and throughout the winter season. In this class held at Creative Gardens, learn easy planting and design tips to create a seasonal porch pot that fits your personal style. Enjoy the traditional textures of fresh evergreens such as cedar, white pine, Fraser fir, and spruce. Then, add in personal touches with berries, ribbon, preserved dried goods, and twigs.
Please note: Seeping sap from fresh evergreens can be sticky and get on your clothes, so be sure to dress appropriately and warmly, as this class will be held in an outdoor greenhouse. Don't forget your gloves and a warm drink! Although not required, consider bringing garden pruners and gardening gloves to enhance your class experience.
