Practice the art of Origami folding to create a truly festive and timeless holiday garland for your home. In this class, students will be making a series of 10 miniature evergreen trees out of festive green paper to attach to jute or twine. Great for all ages and levels, this project is perfect for seasonal decor and is a practice students can take with them!
Please note: Please fill out this Google form by Friday, December 4th to receive your class supply kit in time for class.
Equipment Needed in Addition to Kit:
- Needle Nose Pliers (x2)
-Optional: Twine other than jute twine if preferred (jute twine will be included in kit) and additional paper if students would like to make more than 10 trees.
The recommended age for this class is 12+.

About the teacher:
Laura Cott is artist + owner of LaCott Fine Art living and working in Western New York. Cott’s art is driven by natural surroundings and the visual storytelling of the interaction of light, line, and color. She works primarily with paint and non-traditional materials.
