Learn the basics of crochet by making a small rag rug out of recycled yarn! Participants will learn how to chain, single and double crochet stitch. Yarn and hook provided. Making rag rugs are a great way to repurpose old clothing, bed sheets or scrap fabric for a functional and fun household item. The recycled yarn used in this class makes for an updated feel while still paying homage to the traditional homesteading practice.
