Learn how to nourish and heal your body with real, whole food! This course is for those who are curious about going plant-based, but not quite sure where to begin. At the end of the class, you will know what a whole-food, plant-based diet is and isn't, its benefits, and simple ways to get started.

The recommended age for this class is 14+.

This class will take place online through Zoom. Links to Zoom classes will be sent out 1 hour prior to the start of class. If you do not receive your link, please check your spam or submit an email through our contact page.

About the teachers:
Keri Barone and Elizabeth O’Connor are passionate about promoting a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle for reasons including weight loss and management, having a smaller environmental footprint, and having reduced risk of heart disease, certain cancers, obesity, and diabetes. They are RIT professors, holistic health and wellness coaches, and founders of Whole Abundance, a Rochester business dedicated to supporting people as they move toward a whole-food, plant-based way of living.
