Not only are tamales a much-loved dish in Latin American culture, they’re delicious and simple! In this class, learn to make the corn-based dough, how to assemble, and a step-by-step chicken tomatillo filling and salsa topping. Students will each make two tamales to take home or enjoy at the end of class.
Please note: Please bring an apron to class with you or wear clothes you don't mind cooking in. Recipes made during this class will be gluten-free, however the kitchen is not an allergen-free environment. At this time, there is no vegetarian or vegan option available for this class.
