Join us for an introduction to easy pasta making techniques! After seeing a demonstration on how to create homemade pasta, each student will receive a portion of dough to roll and cut their own ravioli - a versatile pasta that can give your creative side room to run. Everyone will have the opportunity to enjoy their pasta with a simple sauce during class, and leave with lots of recipes to create their own filled pasta at home!
Please note: Please bring an apron to class with you or wear clothes you don't mind cooking in. This class is vegetarian friendly. Vegan and gluten-free options are not available at this time.
