Join the tradition of making little “pillow” dumplings of dough! In this class, students will see a demonstration on how potato gnocchi is made, then have the chance to make their own. At the end of class, students will have the chance to cook their gnocchi together and enjoy it with a simple sauce.
Please note: Please bring an apron to class with you or wear clothes you don't mind cooking in. This class is vegetarian friendly.
