Join us for an introduction to easy pasta making techniques! After seeing a demonstration on how to create homemade pasta, each student will receive a portion of dough to roll and cut their own ravioli - a versatile pasta that can give your creative side room to run. Students will also see a demonstration on how to make tortellini, plus a simple sauce to pair with the pasta. Everyone will have the opportunity to taste their creations during class, and will leave with lots of recipes to create their own filled pasta at home!
Please note: All portions of pasta will be cooked together. Pasta will be served with sauce during class time. This class is vegetarian friendly. A gluten-free option is not available for this class.
