Meet the Teachers
Bridget Manna started Pearl Pavé in 2025 in the spirit of bringing people together and creating a fun, one-of-a-kind, hands-on experience to the Rochester community–one that sparks laughter, creativity, and connection. Bridget has a degree which focuses in event coordination and has always loved hosting events and finding ways to turn simple moments into something special, which inspired her to introduce this unique concept to our community. Partnering with her sister-in-law, Marisa, a talented local jeweler and Brainery favorite, was the perfect fit. Together, they’ve combined creativity and a love for beautiful details to build something to be proud of — and they can’t wait to keep growing and connecting with more of our community.
About the Venue
Tucked alongside Brockport’s Erie Canal waterfront, the Custom House On The Canal serves up elevated comfort food with a side of small-town charm. Expect thoughtfully crafted dishes, seasonal ingredients, and a welcoming space that feels equal parts neighborhood hangout and special-occasion spot. The canal views aren’t bad either. Whether you’re celebrating something big or just hungry after a walk along Main Street, this is a place that makes lingering easy. Come for dinner, stay for the atmosphere.
