Michael Krupnicki is the Executive Director and founder of the Rochester Arc + Flame Center. In 2001, Krupnicki was the President and owner of Mahany Welding Supply (established in 1946). He had a vision for Mahany Welding Supply to create welder training classes not only for professional tradesmen but also the general public. Krupnicki expanded his model of welding training into a separate entity featuring welding and additional flameworking arts.
