Join us for an introduction to easy pasta making techniques! After seeing a demonstration on how to create homemade pasta, each student will receive a portion of dough to roll and cut their own ravioli—a versatile pasta that can give your creative side room to run. Everyone will have the opportunity to enjoy their pasta with a simple sauce during class, and leave with lots of recipes to create their own filled pasta at home!
Please note: Please bring an apron to class with you or wear clothes you don't mind cooking in. This class is vegetarian friendly. Vegan and gluten-free options are not available at this time.
