Thursday, December 22nd | 6:00pm-8:00pm | Intermediate Cake Decorating with Scratch Bakeshop


Learn how to decorate cakes like a pro! In this intermediate cake decorating class, you'll learn how to work with fondant and then use your new skill to craft your own fall-themed cake. Once you get your cake frosted you will be able to add an assortment of buttercream decorations to your fall cake!

Please note: This class requires that you have taken a previous cake decorating class with Scratch Bakeshop, or one where you have learned to fill and frost a cake. Please choose from regular, vegan, gluten-free, or vegan/gluten-free cake in the drop down menu when purchasing.

This class is appropriate for all ages, although anyone under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Please purchase one ticket per person attending.

This class will take place at Rochester Brainery, located at 176 Anderson Ave F109, Rochester, NY 14607.

About the teacher:
Molly Hartley is an accomplished pastry chef with years of professional culinary experience. Together with a friend, she created Scratch Bakeshop, a local boutique bakery, located on Russell Street in Rochester, NY.
