A tasting worksheet with pairing ideas and space to record your notes
A guided 90-minute tasting experience, where you’ll taste vegan cheeses, discover ideal pairings, and get inspiration for building your own vegan charcuterie boards at home

Whether you’re vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, plant-based, or just love trying something new, this class will open your eyes and taste buds to the magic of cheese made from nuts.
NOTE: This class is gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan. It is not suitable for anyone with nut allergies.
This class is appropriate for ages 18+.
This class will take place at Black Creek Deli, located at 8 S Main Street, Churchville, NY 14428.
If you would like to request a sign language interpreter, will be attending class with an aide, or have any preferences (seating, vision access, etc), please fill out our contact form.
Class ticket purchases are non-refundable for any reason. A transfer into a different class of equal or greater value may be granted if requested at least 72 hours prior to the class date. Students are always welcome to have someone attend in their place, too!
While we know this is not always ideal, as a small business this is the only way we can ensure our teachers are paid for their time and supplies and our venues are paid rent for their space. We appreciate your support!

Jennifer Blanchard is a gluten-free, mostly dairy-free foodie who is obsessed with charcuterie! Born and raised in Rochester, NY, she started her first business in 2010, writing books, and eventually went on to become a 5x bestselling author and manifestation teacher. In 2009, she made a startling discovery– she's intolerant to gluten and dairy. By removing both of these ingredients from her diet, she was able to improve her health and happiness immensely. Her second business, Rocuterie, was born out of her love of snack foods and her frustration with the lack of charcuterie and snack options for gluten-free, dairy-free eaters at parties and events.
