Jennifer Blanchard

Jennifer Blanchard is a gluten-free, mostly dairy-free foodie who is obsessed with charcuterie! Born and raised in Rochester, NY, she started her first business in 2010, writing books, and eventually went on to become a 5x bestselling author and manifestation teacher. In 2009, she made a startling discovery– she's intolerant to gluten and dairy. By removing both of these ingredients from her diet, she was able to improve her health and happiness immensely. Her second business, Rocuterie, was born out of her love of snack foods and her frustration with the lack of charcuterie and snack options for gluten-free, dairy-free eaters at parties and events.
