Celebrate the beauty of butterflies through cookie decorating! In this hands-on class, learn how to decorate whimsical butterfly-themed cookies using bright colors, delicate details, and playful seasonal designs. The class covers piping techniques, color mixing, and decorating tips perfect for all skill levels. Whether brand new to cookie decorating or looking to refine existing skills, students will leave with beautifully finished cookies and inspiration for creating their own edible works of art.
Please note: Students will enjoy a Happy Half Hour from 6:00PMβ6:30PM before class begins at 6:30PM. Come early to grab a drink and mingle! All decorating materials and cookies will be provided. At this time, gluten-free and vegan options are unavailable. Food from the kitchen at Radio Social will not be available during class.
This class is appropriate for all ages, although we ask that anyone under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult. Please purchase one ticket per person attending.
This class will take place at Radio Social, located at 20 Carlson Rd, Rochester, NY 14610.
If you would like to request a sign language interpreter, will be attending class with an aide, or have any preferences (seating, vision access, etc), please fill out our contact form.
Class ticket purchases are non-refundable for any reason. A transfer into a different class of equal or greater value may be granted if requested at least 72 hours prior to the class date. Students are always welcome to have someone attend in their place, too!
While we know this is not always ideal, as a small business this is the only way we can ensure our teachers are paid for their time and supplies and our venues are paid rent for their space. We appreciate your support!

Meet the Teacher
Rebecca Kester grew up in West Walworth loving the art of pastry. She learned her techniques of cookie decorating in NYC where she went to pastry school at the French Culinary Institute and worked at the popular 'Elenis Cookies', making intricate cookie designs. She moved back to Rochester and opened her own bakery, Daydream Cakes, where she currently makes custom cakes, cookies and cupcakes.
