Tuesday, December 7th | 6:30pm-8:30pm | Make Your Own Gnocchi


Join the tradition of making little “pillow” dumplings of dough! In this class, students will have a chance to learn two ways of creating gnocchi: with ricotta cheese and potato. Students can enjoy their homemade meal after class.

Please note: Participants should bring a to-go container to take their gnocchi home in. Sauce will not be provided, so have your favorite ready at home! Students will be standing during this class, however a limited number of stools will be available. A gluten-free option is not available for this class.

This class is appropriate for ages 18+.

This class will take place at Eat Me Ice Cream located inside The Hungerford Building at 1115 East Main St. Suite 148. Please enter through Door 1.

About the teacher:
Christin Ortiz has been working in restaurants since she was 19. Starting in the front of the house, she realized early on she preferred the back of the house. Having worked in different kitchens, she is most proficient in Italian and Hispanic cuisine. Most recently Christin ran the food program at Joe Bean Roastery, where she focused the menu on her Latin-American heritage. She loves sharing her passion for food, and wants everyone to be able to cook the food they crave!
