Join the tradition of making little “pillow” dumplings of dough! In this class, students will see a demonstration on how potato gnocchi is made, then have the chance to make their own. At the end of class, students will have the chance to cook their gnocchi together and enjoy it with a simple sauce.
Please note: An apron will be provided during class, but wear clothes you don’t mind cooking in. If you’d like to request a gluten-free option, please fill out our contact form in advance. Please be aware that the kitchen is not an allergen-free environment. A vegan option is not available for this class at this time.
