Ever wanted to make fresh pasta from scratch but weren’t sure where to start? This hands-on class will show you just how approachable (and satisfying) pasta-making can be. You’ll learn the fundamentals of mixing, rolling, and shaping dough, watch helpful techniques demonstrated along the way, and complete a recipe from start to finish. All of the pasta made in class will be cooked together and served with sauce for everyone to enjoy during class time. You’ll leave with fresh pasta skills, several recipes to recreate at home, and plenty of inspiration for your next cozy kitchen night.
Please note: An apron will be provided during class, but wear clothes you don’t mind cooking in. While the pasta that is made during this class is vegan-friendly, the sauce may not be. The kitchen is not an allergen-free environment.
