Our bodies are constantly sending us signals, but in the busyness of everyday life, it can be easy to miss them. In this engaging and experiential workshop, you'll explore a simple, practical framework for understanding your body's natural rhythms and recognizing the early signs of imbalance. Through guided discussion and reflection, you'll learn how small, sustainable shifts can help support greater clarity, resilience, and ease in daily life. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to tune in. Leave with a fresh perspective and practical tools for restoring a sense of rhythm and balance.
Please note: Herbal tea and water will be available at the beginning of class. Feel free to bring your own water bottle if you'd like. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to get settled in before the workshop begins. If you'd like to take notes, please bring a journal and a pen or pencil.
This class is appropriate for ages 21+.
This class will take place at Lake Breeze Wellness, located at 960 Thomas Ave, Irondequoit, NY 14617.
If you would like to request a sign language interpreter, will be attending class with an aide, or have any preferences (seating, vision access, etc), please fill out our contact form.
Class ticket purchases are non-refundable for any reason. A transfer into a different class of equal or greater value may be granted if requested at least 72 hours prior to the class date. Students are always welcome to have someone attend in their place, too!
While we know this is not always ideal, as a small business this is the only way we can ensure our teachers are paid for their time and supplies and our venues are paid rent for their space. We appreciate your support!
