Terms & Conditions and Service

All Rochester Brainery class tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies.

Transfers
A transfer into a different class of equal or greater value may be granted if requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Transfer requests made within 72 hours of the class are not guaranteed.

Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to send someone in your place at no additional cost.

Cancellations by Brainery
In the rare event that Brainery must cancel a class, registrants will be offered either:

  • A transfer into a future class of equal value, or
  • A refund, as required by applicable New York State law.

It is your responsibility to know the date, time, location and any other pertinent information regarding your class. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy at the time of sale.

Class Description

Using a professional torch setup, participants will safely transform molten glass into beautiful, one-of-a-kind beads. Guided step by step, you’ll learn essential safety fundamentals, color blending, shaping techniques, and decorative detailing in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. No prior experience is needed, just bring your group and a willingness to explore something new.

By the end of the session, your group will leave with handmade glass beads ready for jewelry or display, along with the shared satisfaction of creating something truly unique together.

What You Need to Wear/Prepare:
Closed-toe shoes are required for safety. Comfortable, natural-fiber clothing (such as cotton) is recommended. All safety equipment and materials are provided.

Skill Level / Physical Level:
Beginner-friendly. Moderate focus and coordination required while working with a torch under close instructor supervision.
