Need fresh ideas for decorating your home this fall? Want to amaze your family and friends? Grab a pumpkin latte or hot apple cider and join us at Creative Gardens for a class filled with fall fun! We will be making a cement pumpkin planter about 6” in diameter to hold a 2.5-3” succulent. In addition to the pumpkin planter, you will have the opportunity to propagate multiple types of succulents of your choosing during class time to take home in a 4" pot. Succulents are very versatile and love the outdoors, but can also grow great indoors. We will review lighting, watering, pruning, propagation and what to expect as they grow. This project will look great all through the fall season, and into the Thanksgiving holiday - the pumpkin won’t rot!
Please note: Students will be making one pumpkin planter during class. Although not required, we recommend bringing a lightweight pair of gardening gloves to enhance your class experience.
