Laughter Yoga is a unique concept developed by Dr. Madan Kataria, a medical doctor from India, based on the philosophy of “acting happiness” – tell your body what to do and your mind will follow. Laughter Yoga follows a series of simple, yet structured laughter and yogic breathing techniques, combined with simple stretching. Laughter Yoga effectively decreases stress, strengthens the immune system, and increases endorphins, the “feel good” chemicals in the brain.Please note: No prior yoga experience or yoga mat is necessary - a willingness to laugh is all you need.

Teacher, enabling her to train Laughter Yoga Leaders. Since then she and Dale have been leading Laughter Yoga
