This session will deal with stressful relationships in your life such as co-workers, family and friends. We will look at how stress can ruin those relationships or cause the ripple effect with other relationships. We will cover how to identify when to walk away and when to engage in healthy ways. You will learn useful tools to manage your day to day experiences for a happier and healthier life. Relieve stress while building a meaningful relationship with yourself and others.
About the teacher:Karen A. Messina-McDonnell is a Certified Life Strategies Coach and a Certified Stress Management Coach. She has been an advocate helping survivors of domestic violence for over 20 years in Rochester and in the Monroe County court system. She was the Co-Director of a non-profit organization called Offsprings Charities that helped women get back on their feet after leaving an abusive relationship. Her passion has always been to help people better their lives and find happiness within themselves. She has had many success stories with the people she has coached and inspired them to see their dreams and go for it! She has been happily married for 12 years and has two beautiful children.
