This session will focus on stress management and how it affects you personally, physically and emotionally. Long term effects and short term effects on your body including chronic pain, acne, gastrointestinal problems, to name a few. Also, depression, fatigue and addictive behaviors can come into play when stressed. We will go over ways to understand stress, what causes it and how to destress for a healthier and happier lifestyle. is a Certified Life Strategies Coach
and a Certified Stress Management Coach. She has been an advocate helping survivors of domestic violence for over 20 years in Rochester and in the Monroe County court system. She was the Co-Director of a non-profit organization called Offsprings Charities that helped women get back on their feet after leaving an abusive relationship. Her passion has always been to help people better their lives and find happiness within themselves. She has had many success stories with the people she has coached and inspired them to see their dreams and go for it! She has been happily married for 12 years and has two beautiful children.
