Celebrate the magic of the Christmas season with a peaceful and restorative sound bath designed to bring warmth, joy, and tranquility to your holiday season. Join sound healer, singer, chant leader, and multi-instrumentalist Megan Hook for an enchanting experience filled with beautiful melodies, soothing tones, and healing vibrations. Through the harmonious sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, tanpura, Native American flute, sacred chants, and more, Megan will create an immersive soundscape that invites you to slow down, relax, and reconnect with the spirit of the season. Gentle Christmas carols, the soft ringing of bells, and calming instrumental sounds will come together to create a truly magical holiday experience. No experience is necessary, just come as you are and enjoy this special seasonal celebration!

A limited number of yoga mats, chairs, blankets, and bolsters are available, though youโre welcome to bring your own. A sealed water bottle and any personal props are also encouraged for comfort.
