Step into the transformative practice of Yoga of Sound, where your voice becomes a tool for relaxation, mindfulness, and self-expression. Through vocal toning, breathwork, Sanskrit mantra, rฤga-inspired kฤซrtan, gentle movement, and meditation, you'll learn how sound can help release tension, quiet the mind, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence. No singing experience is necessaryโif you have a voice, you already have everything you need to participate. Whether you're new to these practices or looking to deepen your connection to nฤda yoga and the meditative power of sound, this welcoming class offers a supportive space to explore. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired by the healing potential of your own voice.
Please note: Wear comfortable clothing and bring water, along with a notebook and pen if youโd like to take notes or reflect during class. The group tuning portion can be experienced either on a yoga mat or seated in a chair. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in before we begin.
This class is appropriate for ages 14+.

While we know this is not always ideal, as a small business this is the only way we can ensure our teachers are paid for their time and supplies and our venues are paid rent for their space. We appreciate your support!
