Terms & Conditions and Service

All Rochester Brainery class tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies.

Transfers
A transfer into a different class of equal or greater value may be granted if requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Transfer requests made within 72 hours of the class are not guaranteed.

Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to send someone in your place at no additional cost.

Cancellations by Brainery
In the rare event that Brainery must cancel a class, registrants will be offered either:

  • A transfer into a future class of equal value, or
  • A refund, as required by applicable New York State law.

It is your responsibility to know the date, time, location and any other pertinent information regarding your class. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy at the time of sale.

Marisa Krol & Sarah Shellard

Marisa Krol Esler and Sarah Shellard bring creativity, reflection, and hands-on exploration to their classes. Marisa has been teaching with Rochester Brainery since 2015 through The Adorned Studios, the jewelry metalsmithing space she co-founded, and also runs her jewelry business, Interstellar Love Craft. A passionate maker, she loves helping students explore metal craft and build confidence in their creative skills. Sarah is the owner of Just Joyful Boutique, a bilingual speech-language pathologist, and the author of the Daily Glimmers Gratitude Journal. Through her work with children, teens, and adults, she discovered how powerful gratitude and self-regulation can be in everyday life. Together, Marisa and Sarah create a welcoming space where creativity and reflection go hand in hand.
