All Rochester Brainery class tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies.

Transfers
A transfer into a different class of equal or greater value may be granted if requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Transfer requests made within 72 hours of the class are not guaranteed.

Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to send someone in your place at no additional cost.

Cancellations by Brainery
In the rare event that Brainery must cancel a class, registrants will be offered either:

  • A transfer into a future class of equal value, or
  • A refund, as required by applicable New York State law.

It is your responsibility to know the date, time, location and any other pertinent information regarding your class. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy at the time of sale.

Bring your group into a deeper, more intentional shared experience with this guided Breath & Bones Yoga session. Ideal for team-building, wellness events, or group gatherings, this event focuses on the connection between breath, movement, and physical alignment in a way that is accessible, grounding, and restorative for all levels.

Each session is thoughtfully designed around a central theme, helping participants explore how breath supports stability, mobility, and ease within the body. Through slow, guided movement and breathwork, your group will build awareness, release tension, and cultivate a stronger mind-body connection. Sessions can stand alone or be experienced as part of a series, depending on your group’s goals.

Whether you’re looking to recharge, reconnect, or simply slow down together, this experience offers a meaningful way to support well-being and group connection.

What You Need to Wear/Prepare:
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing suitable for movement. Yoga mats are recommended (please check if provided or bring your own). No prior preparation needed.

Skill Level / Physical Level:
All levels welcome. Gentle to moderate physical activity with a focus on breathwork, stretching, and mindful movement.
