Terms & Conditions and Service

All Rochester Brainery class tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies.

Transfers
A transfer into a different class of equal or greater value may be granted if requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Transfer requests made within 72 hours of the class are not guaranteed.

Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to send someone in your place at no additional cost.

Cancellations by Brainery
In the rare event that Brainery must cancel a class, registrants will be offered either:

  • A transfer into a future class of equal value, or
  • A refund, as required by applicable New York State law.

It is your responsibility to know the date, time, location and any other pertinent information regarding your class. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy at the time of sale.

Host a warm, spirited private event with this Irish whiskey–focused cocktail experience, perfect for team-building, client entertainment, or celebrating with friends. Set in a relaxed, inviting atmosphere, this interactive event brings your group together through rich flavors, storytelling, and hands-on discovery.

Led by knowledgeable instructors, guests will explore the character and versatility of Irish whiskey while learning about its role in cocktail culture and history. The session includes a guided tasting, a brief overview of spirits and mixology, and an introduction to essential bar tools and techniques. With plenty of time to sip, mingle, and enjoy the experience, it’s both educational and social.

A welcome cocktail and light appetizers are included, creating a well-rounded experience that’s as enjoyable as it is memorable.
