All Rochester Brainery class tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies.

Transfers
A transfer into a different class of equal or greater value may be granted if requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Transfer requests made within 72 hours of the class are not guaranteed.

Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to send someone in your place at no additional cost.

Cancellations by Brainery
In the rare event that Brainery must cancel a class, registrants will be offered either:

  • A transfer into a future class of equal value, or
  • A refund, as required by applicable New York State law.

It is your responsibility to know the date, time, location and any other pertinent information regarding your class. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy at the time of sale.

Class Description

Bring your group together for a hands-on Italian-inspired cooking experience focused on fresh pasta and classic flavors. Perfect for private events, celebrations, or team-building gatherings, this class offers a fun and approachable way to learn foundational cooking techniques while creating a delicious, multi-course meal from scratch.

You’ll learn the art of making fresh egg pasta dough or ricotta-filled ravioli, working step by step through mixing, rolling, shaping, and filling. Your handmade pasta will be paired with a classic marinara sauce, complemented by a crisp mixed green salad with citrus dressing and perfectly roasted broccolini. To finish, you’ll create a delicate panna cotta topped with fresh fruit for a light and elegant dessert.

This beginner-friendly experience blends technique, creativity, and great food, leaving you with both new skills and a meal you’ll be proud to recreate at home.

What You Need to Wear/Prepare:
No experience needed. Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. All ingredients, tools, and aprons are provided.

Skill Level / Physical Level:
Beginner-friendly. Light to moderate hands-on cooking including mixing, rolling, shaping, and assembling food.
