Terms & Conditions and Service

All Rochester Brainery class tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies.

Transfers
A transfer into a different class of equal or greater value may be granted if requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Transfer requests made within 72 hours of the class are not guaranteed.

Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to send someone in your place at no additional cost.

Cancellations by Brainery
In the rare event that Brainery must cancel a class, registrants will be offered either:

  • A transfer into a future class of equal value, or
  • A refund, as required by applicable New York State law.

It is your responsibility to know the date, time, location and any other pertinent information regarding your class. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy at the time of sale.

Celebrate your furry (or feathery!) friends in this hands-on private workshop designed for creativity, connection, and a truly personal keepsake. Perfect for groups, special gatherings, or meaningful events, this event guides you through creating a one-of-a-kind resin portrait inspired by your pet.

Using a photo of your pet as inspiration, you’ll design a custom composition incorporating pressed flowers and natural elements. You’ll then learn the basics of working with resin as you carefully layer and seal your design into a glossy, finished piece. This beginner-friendly experience focuses on creativity and personalization, with plenty of guidance throughout the process.

By the end of the event, you’ll leave with a beautiful, nature-inspired tribute to your pet, ready to display at home or gift to someone special.

What You Need to Wear/Prepare:
No experience necessary. Please bring a printed or digital photo of your pet for inspiration. Comfortable clothing is recommended. All materials and tools are provided.

Skill Level / Physical Level:
Beginner-friendly. Light, detail-focused work involving arrangement of materials and guided resin pouring.

  • Choose and arrange pressed flowers and natural elements
  • Design a custom composition inspired by your pet photo
  • Learn basic resin mixing and pouring techniques
  • Seal and finish your artwork into a polished piece
